Feedback module
General
A feedback system can be equipped with the S88 bus.
This S88 bus cabling must always be set up in a straight line. It can be connected up to 32 RM decoder consecutively.
It can use the modules from different manufacturers.
However is recommended if possible to stay with one brand.
The planned DC-Car-XT can independently trigger reactions such as turn a junction.
The IR LED can be installed on the vehicle :
- From the bottom of the vehicle sensor s can detect vehicles in a roadway lane.
- From the side of a vehicles in one lane.
- From the back, the signal can be deceted delineator posts with phototransistor.
Feedback unit RMD
The S88 RMD is a feedback decoder with 16 connections available.
By a switch or the wheels of a train, the inputs to ground can be switched and thus generate an occupation signal.
Feedbacks S88 with optocouplers
The decoders are robust against false wiring.
Module: S88 opto
Through the optical input optocouplers the circuits are separated.
Such input needs some milliamps of current for switching and therefore can not be used with IR-sensors.
Rückmelder S88-DC-Car
Baugruppe: S88-DC-Car16
Durch den gefilterten Eingang sind nur Fototransistoren zu benutzen.
Ein solcher Eingang braucht aber einige Mikroampere Strom zum Schalten emfindlich reagieren wenn lange Zuleitungen benutzt werden.
Besetztmeldung SET-RESET
Durch Set / Reset wird eine dauerhafte Besetztmeldung erzeugt
Baugruppe: S88-CAR
Mit jeder Software zu gebrauchen, da die Hardware das Signal speichert.
Auch als S88-DC-CAR8 für IR-Sensoren zu bekommen.
Besetztmeldung auf Zeit
Eine Besetzmeldung wird zeitlich verlängert, damit die Geräte und die Software Zeit haben die Meldung abzuarbeiten.
Baugruppe: S88-2 Sek.
Da ein Reedkontakt oder Hallsensor nur einen sehr kurzen Impuls erzeugt, wird mit diesem Rückmeldedecoder das Signal auf 2 Sekunden verlängert.
Das reicht für eine Modellsoftware, die selber eine Speicherung von Rückmeldungen ermöglicht.
Nicht geeignet für IR-Rückmeldung!
Sensoren
Von der Straße muss die Rückmeldung erfasst werden.
Dazu gibt es verschiedene Möglichkeiten.
