CV59 Reset and default Values as CV27

Default value: 3

Resets the decoder to the factory setting and thus back to DCC address 1.
The value is written into CV27!
Attention: The remote control via PC transmitter or booster is lost and must be set again.

To program the CV 59 via IR, the DCC address of the decoder at the control center must be set to 1, independend which address the decoder had before, otherwise the RESET is not carried out!
