Action if battery is empty

 0 = FS28 if battery is empty
     Warning light is on
     Battery voltage is reported as good or bad
 1 = FS0 (Stop) if battery is empty
 2 = Instead of warning light the break light flashes
16 = Watchdog, running time limitation to 4 minutes if no control command is received the vehicle stops with two-way turn signal. (Exhibition or large-scale layout operation) CV160 contains the time in seconds
32 = Watchdog time * 4
