Action if Batterie is empty

 0 = FS28 if Batterie is empty
     Warning light is on
     Batterie voltage is reported as good or bad
 1 = FS0 (Stop) if Batterie is empty
 2 = Instead of warning light the break light flashes
16 = Watchdog, Laufzeitbegrenzung auf 4 Minuten, wenn keine Steuerkommando empfangen wird
     hält das Fahrzeug mit wechselseitigem Blinker an. (Ausstellungs- oder Großanlagenbetrieb)
     CV160 enhält die Zeit in Sekunden
32 = Watchdog time * 4
