Deceleration value if the vehicle a drive command has been received from a pre-traveling vehicle
1- 31 = This adjusts the amount of the brake and thus determines how fast
a vehicle decelerates when it is driving on a traveling vehicle.
32- 64 = Not used
65- 96 = braking mode 1 (vehicle brakes strong)
98-128 = braking mode 2 (vehicle brakes particularly strong)
Braking mode 1 or 2 is mainly required on vehicles which has a large inertia
and therefore do not react immediately to the brake.
