S88-feedback module-2S
This standard feedback decoder has 16 inputs which are connected to ground.
It has a temporal extension of 2 seconds.
Short pulses will thus reliably detected.
Reed contacts or switches can bounch.
This means that they switch several times per second
This can lead to incorrect counting.
With the 2 second extension is only one pulse is counted.
This may be:
- The axes by a train
- Reed switches that are triggered magnetically
- Switches which are operated by hand
- Relay contacts of circuits
- Electronics, such as traffic light decoders, which switch to minus.
