CV48 braking mode

Deceleration value if the vehicle has noticed a pre-traveling vehicle
1 - 31 = This adjusts the amount of the brake and thus determines how fast
the vehicle decelerates when it has detected a pre-traveling vehicle.
32 - 64 = Not used
65 - 96 = braking mode 1 (vehicle brakes the vehicle)
98 - 128 = braking mode 2 (vehicle brakes particularly strong)
Braking mode 1 or 2 is mainly required on vehicles which has a large inertia
and therefore do not react immediately to the brake.
