1-254 = The higher the value the slower the clock
0 = Special case: Right turn signal is switched on constantly,
If it has been switched on via the control panel (F2) or function block
255 = special case: Left turn signal is switched off constantly,
if it has been switched on via the control panel (F1) or function block
